I have had a professional relationship with Michael for at least 6 years. The relationship is employer/employee and/or subcontractor based. I was President and CEO of NCCI; Michael was one of the division leaders within our Information Technology Division. Michael reported to the CTO at NCCI; the CTO reported to me; Michael left as a result of downsizing of NCCI.
Michael consistently proved himself as both a leader, and as one who could consistently execute on the ground, day in and day out, year in and year out. He has leadership skills. His discipline and intellect in the technology space, as well as his general business acumen, permit him to consistently perform and to gain the respect of both his peers and his employees.
Michael ‘s strong points are leadership; execution; in-depth technological knowledge / understanding; and awesome experience. He is personable; non-offensive; easy to work with; keeps his eye on the ball and drives projects to completion. I would absolutely rehire Michael for all of the reasons cited above. Michael is totally ethical; always high energy and always at a sustainable level to achieve the objective. He is highly flexible and highly adaptable. Michael’s communication skills are excellent; he’s very patient; an outstanding listener; understands project to mission / objective the first time through every time. His problem solving skills are superb. Michael is a grand slam and will continue to hit the ball out of the park consistently.
