All Zoom Session Bookings are Refund-Free
The services which involve Zoom Sessions, are booked virtually free of any possibility of refunds. However, provided you reschedule any paid Zoom Session at least 24 hours in advance, you may do so indefinitely – without additional charge.
This provision applies, but is not limited to, all the following cases. You either:
- Forget a meeting you have paid for and don’t show
- Arrive more than 11 minutes late for a paid meeting (likewise considered a ‘no-show’)
- Reschedule a paid meeting less than 24 hours in advance of the start of the rescheduled meeting
- Cancel a paid meeting outright
In all the above cases you agree to forfeit your paid Zoom Session fee.
All Zoom Sessions run up to 60 minutes each. If either of us arrives just a few minutes late, we can extend our meeting to ensure you get a full Zoom Session. I’ll make my best efforts to start each Session 5 minutes beforehand.
My commitment to you is to arrive at each Zoom Session on-time, barring death ☠️, disease ???? or disaster ????. In the event I cannot be on time, I will email you ASAP. If you have provided a cell phone number, I will also text you ASAP.
It is conceivable, though highly unlikely, that I could fail to meet my above commitment. For example, this website could be ‘hacked;’ both my workstation and laptop could ‘die’ at the same time or be ‘down;’ or, my local area network could be infected with ransomware. In such a rare event, I will issue you a full refund for the Zoom Session as soon as I am capable of resuming operations.
